What is Retail Killer?
Retail Killer is a non profit organization selling Electronics, Computers and accessories way below retail price. OK, just kidding, we do make a couple of pennies here and there but pass on most of the savings to our loyal customers. We sell one item a day and our focus is to bring you “in line” items, the type of products that are actually useful unlike some other “deal a day” sites. You won't find any mystery bags, bags of crap, dirty diapers etc. We'll only bring you the coolest items at killer prices.

Who are you guys?
Do you really care who we are? OK, since you asked we are 12 year veterans in the Consumer Electronics industry. This enables us to bring you the best deals on Electronics and other cool gadgets.

I only see one item, what the hell is going on?
Yep, your eyesight is fine, put the phone down and relax. Since we are very discriminative with the types of deals we buy, we are only able to offer you one deal a day.

When are new items posted?
New items will be posted daily at 6:00AM eastern time Sharp.

My internet went down and missed yesterday's deal of the day, can I still get one?
The answer is NO!!!!
All items posted are daily specials only and aren't available anymore.
If you missed one of our daily deals, please check back with us daily. We might get lucky and get some more but don’t count on it.

How do I know how many are remaining?
You don't and you'll never find out unless you’re hacking our inventory system or hiding in the drop ceiling of our facility surviving on mouse poop and a faulty sewer pipe.

I have a question, what's your phone number?
We'd rather you not call us so we have time to ship your order in a timely manner and source some other killer deals. If you have any questions in regards to the features of the products, you can post it in the daily blog, google or visit the manufacturers website. If you still can't find the answer you're looking for, visit our contact us page and follow the instructions.

What's your return policy?
We don't have a return policy. If you purchased a product, you own it.
If we shipped you the wrong item or our product description didn't match the item we shipped you, we will gladly reimburse you for the return shipping and we’ll refund your purchase or ship you the correct item, Your choice.
If you regret buying it for some reason, you can sell it on an auction site, prepare for x-mas or if you’re really nice donate it to charity. If you’re having technical difficulties with the product, visit the blog, google your questions or call the manufacturer. If you've exhausted all of the above and still can't get the product to work please read the next question.

My item is definitely defective, What do I do now?
Ok pay attention now,
Unless Retail Killer is the one offering the warranty, we strongly suggest you contact the manufacturer. You will have a better chance of getting a replacement or upgrade; however you will have choice to send the defective product back to us.
On the main page underneath the product description, we will clearly state who will honor the warranty. Sometimes we will honor the warranty but most cases it will be up to the manufacturer. For example if we are honoring the warranty you will see “90 day retail killer warranty”. If the manufacturer is honoring the warranty you will see “ one year manufacturer warranty”. etc
If the warranty is through retail killer, please email
rma@retailkiller.com or visit the contact us page for further details on how to return a defective product to our facility. Because we aren't likely to have a replacement in stock, you should be prepared for a product upgrade or refund. If the item has a manufacturer warranty please contact the manufacturer of the product and they will be happy to help you.
If you're having trouble contacting the manufacturer or they are refusing to honor the warranty, please contact us and we will get the matter resolved.
Please note: You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with shipping the defective product back to us.

Do you offer an extended Warranty?
Yes we do.
Underneath the product description, you will have an option to purchase an extended warranty through retail killer. You will have the option to extend the warranty from one or two years depending if the product is Refurbished or brand new.
The pricing on the extended warranties will differ on a per item basis. We strongly recommend you consider our extended warranty to protect your purchase.

OK, I'm ready to purchase that killer deal, where do I start?
Very simple Charlie, Just click the “ Shoot me one” button underneath the price and you will be directed to the order processing page. You will be asked to create an account and enter the payment information.
Once you create an account,  you’ll be able to  checkout speedily on future purchases.
You can add or change it later by clicking on "My Account." Only one account per email address please, Thank you.

What payment options do I have?
You can pay for using VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or Paypal. We cannot accept personel checks, money orders, buckets of loose change, Britney Spears chewed gum, Paris Hilton prison jumpsuit, used video games or anything else for that matter. Please don't beg because it won’t help and you'll just be wasting your precious time.

Can I ship to a different address other than my credit card billing or paypal confirmed address?
The answer is: Yes
However, we do reserve the right to refuse orders that look suspicious to our accounting dept and we will contact you letting you know of the situation. 
 

What are my shipping options?
We currently ship either UPS or USPS. However we can change at any time.

Can you expedite my order?
Yes we can. Standard orders will ship within 2-3 Business days either UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. However we can expedite your order to ship Overnight, 2nd day etc. for additional cost. You will have an option to change your shipping method before you complete your purchase. PLEASE NOTE: Any order shipping Overnight or 2nd day is guaranteed to ship next business day. i.e. if you place your order on Monday, your item will ship Tuesday via the shipping option you've selected.
On standard shipping purchases, you're item will ship within 2-3 business days as stated earlier.

How can I track my order?
Regardless of shipping method, we will shoot you a tracking email once your order ships. You can also check your order status by logging in to your account. Your account page will list all your previous orders. Click on the order number to view tracking information for that order.

Do you ship to Mars?
No. We only ship within the continental United States.
Alaska and Hawaii is $2.00 extra.

Can I buy as many as I want?
NO, There's a maximum of 5 units per order except when otherwise noted. In addition, you can only place one order per day. The shipping charge is only charged once so you'll save money on shipping when purchasing multiples.

What's with the Forum?
The forum is where members can discuss the deal of the day. Once registered, you'll have the ability to interact with other killers and discuss the price, quality of the item being offered etc.
Please don't discuss your recent urinary tract infection, Hemorrhoid cream suggestions or any other physical ailments you might be suffering from. Please don't post any personal information (I cant believe I have to tell you this but some people are……)
In addition, please don't post advertisements, vulgar language, or nudity or any other offensive content.
Any inappropriate content will be removed and if you keep on doing it, we will suspend your account.

What's your privacy policy?
In short, we won’t sell, lease or give away your personal information to anyone. We only collect information that we need in order to process your order and enable us to serve you better on future purchases.
